Join us on October 8, 2024, for tacos and margaritas, followed by a discussion by a Bankruptcy Judge, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel Judge, the Clerk of Court of the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and an experienced bankruptcy appellate practitioner on tips and strategies to create an effective record and present your appeal, the history of the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and much more.
