Join us for a discussion on the impact of the CARES Act and Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 and their revisions to the Bankruptcy Code on bankruptcy litigation, with an emphasis on U.S. Small Business Administration issues, the Paycheck Protection Program, and Economic Injury Disaster Loans. Immediately prior to the panel discussion, there will be a young professionals happy hour and a celebration of Judge Robert Kwan’s retirement.
